Has anyone calculated total job costs from MJWI and then put these (Estimated and Actual) into the main job page as a read only field? Be interested to see how you managed to get the multiple items totalled up via the workflow. Its something our users are asking for to save them drilling into the job in detail all the time.

Thanks for raising this through to us.
This is something you could look at doing via workflow computations but you would need to be really careful as this workflow would need to be triggered when ever a JWI is amended (via web/mobile/workflow) and also when the team, dates and other relevant data on the Job is updated.
We do have some features coming out soon that you’ll find out about shortly that I believe will directly help with this.

Thanks Andy, yeah I knew it would be one that would need triggering a lot as things progress and get updated through the jobs life but is something I’m being nagged at to complete! If there is something coming soon (within 6 months) to help that will be great and I’ll hang fire and let those that are nagging know! Cheers
