Just wondering how one would export a captured electronic signature into a report form that also include attributes that have also been captured

This should be fairly simple to do within a custom report. You will need to ensure your design has the “Requires Signature” interface on it so that an electronic signature can be recorded on the item. If this is present on the design, you can then use a field control type in your report to display the data on the report:
You then set the value of the control to the field containing the signature - this should be similar to the below:
