Is there a way to have saved queries locked down to different roles? We have loads of saved queries and to help users it would be useful to limit some to ones that are applicable to their roles. Currently you only seem to be able to lock down ability to create/edit queries with either query viewer/manager group in permissions. There doesn’t seem to be a way to go down to individual queries
Hi Simon, this isn’t possible as it stands I’m afraid. Some users have worked around this with naming conventions, e.g. prefixing service area or role in the saved query title. If you raise an idea over at https://ideas.alloyapp.io/ we’ll be able to track it and others will be able to vote on it
