Is it possible to create a report, via a workflow, and set the title of the report as the date & time it was run/raised? I’m aware I can create a data source within the report and feed that onto the actual PDF page but I wanted to make the report named as the date & time too.

There are a couple of ways to achieve this through Alloy. The most simple way of achieving this would be to navigate to the design for that report (all reports in the system create a design) and add the “Items Metadata” interface to the design. This will add the create date (and user) to the design which can then be used to form the title as required.
I’d recommend trying this on a demo report before rolling this out to live reports just to ensure it works as you expect.
