What data do you retain at the end of a contract?
With our standard service your data will held in an encrypted backup store for the lifetime of our backup policy (maximum of 1-year if termination of the contract occurs on the first day of a new backup). The data held is completely unreadable in this form. File attachments will be destroyed at the contract end.
There is an option to acquire a reserved instance of Alloy, which will allow for immediate deletion of all data at the end of contract.
