At the end of a contract do you provide an ‘extract data’ specification defining the format of data that will be provided when the service is being decommissioned?
All data held in Alloy can easily be bulk exported from our Data Explorer tool by any users with permissions to access the data. Data would be exported as one file for each Data Entity (design) that you want to get data for and you can export all data attributes or a limited number of them based on your needs. Exports do not need to be scheduled and can be run at any time from the web user interface or via our API.
