When an asset is decommissioned, I need a workflow to updated our spatial database so that it no longer shows as active in our GIS.
I’ve tried listening for Delete in the Live collection and for Create in the Archive collection. Neither works. Any pointers?

In this case you want to listen to edits, changing collection code of an item is considered an Edit e.g. Live to Archived etc.

Ah, I see. So I did this, then added filters to check which collection the asset is in and then take the appropriate action. Works fine.
