Is there a defined process for renewal of licenses?
Depending on the way the subscription services are procured, the renewal mechanism is part of either the government buying framework such as G Cloud. If customers purchase subscription services outside of these frameworks, then renewal processes are defined within Yotta’s SaaS services schedule or the ordering document.
